Returning items must be postmarked 14 business days from the date your original order was placed. No refunds will be processed after the 14-day time period. We do not provide a return label and you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s)-this includes orders with free shipping. This cost is non-refundable. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. ALL US AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately, online orders cannot be returned in person in the store and must be shipped to our Online Orders Department. NO EXCEPTION. Please note these online return policies are exclusive to www.thesiistar.com
Online purchases for pick up in-store and in-store purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exchange or store credit only within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt on unworn, unwashed, unaltered full price merchandise with all tags attached.

THE SIISTA’R reserves all rights to inspect and qualify or disqualify eligibility of returns based upon the criteria below and you will be notified once the refund has been processed. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
• The item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not damaged
• Returns must have all original tags attached in its original condition

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show signs of damage or any signs of wear, without tags, washed, dry cleaned, not in original condition will be rejected. NO EXCEPTION.

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances and are considered Final Sale:

• All items purchased on Sale
• Accessories
• Bags
• All Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear

Please note:
• All Returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from their refund amount.
• Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Any shipping, handling and freight charges on all returning goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Any items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged en route back to THE SIISTA’R are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the courier.
• Your item(s) may be refunded after your purchase due to the uncontrolled online traffic, some items are ordered simultaneously by multiple customers and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, in the event that the item(s) ordered may become out of stock and no longer available after the transaction was processed and will be automatically refunded by our system.
• While every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible our products colouring/resolution that appear on www.thesiistar.com, computer monitors vary. As such, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display colouring will be completely accurate.
• Once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved for return, the purchased amount will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please follow these steps in completing a refund:
1. Email us at shop@thesiistar.com with the following information:

• Full name
• Telephone number
• Address
• Order number
• Item(s) being returned (style name, colour, size)
• Reasons for return
• Tracking number of returning package

2.Place your return in the original packaging with original receipt.
3.Make sure that there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
4.Use a trackable and insured shipping method with signature option. We cannot accept COD returns and they will be refused upon delivery. Please note that THE SIISTA’R is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
5.Include your order number on the return label.
